icon_known issueWe are experiencing intermittent issues with mobile cheque deposit in the EQ Bank Mobile Banking App on Android and iOS. Customers may need to make several attempts in order to deposit the cheque successfully. Customers can also make a deposit by mailing their cheque to the EQ Bank office for processing. Our technical team is investigating. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Jul 1-2 (Resolved): Bell customers not receiving One Time Passcodes via SMS

icon_workingResolved: As of Tuesday, July 2, 2019 at 10:38 AM Eastern Time customers using Bell, Virgin Mobile, or Lucky Mobile are now receiving One Time Passcodes through SMS. If you continue to experience issues with accessing your EQ Bank account, please call the Customer Care Team at 1-844-437-2265.

icon_known issueEQ Bank customers who use Bell, Virgin Mobile or Lucky Mobile as their service provider are reporting delays with receiving One Time Passcodes through SMS text message since Monday, July 1, 2019 6:39 AM Eastern Time. The issue has been identified through our third-party vendor and Bell. An update will be posted once the issue has been resolved. We apologize for the inconvenience.
