icon_known issueCustomers attempting to access the ‘Profile’ tab in online banking (desktop browser only) will experience an error. This issue has been identified and the team is working towards a resolution. Customers can access the ‘Profile’ tab by signing in to the mobile banking app, using a mobile web browser, or by calling 1-844-437-2265 for customer assistance.
