Mobile app update

On Tuesday, September 13, the EQ Bank mobile app was updated to version 2.3.32. Most customer devices should update automatically and will not be able to access the EQ Bank app without the latest version installed. Please check the Apple or Android app store to manually install the latest version of the app if it has not been updated.

Access to online banking through a web browser will not be impacted.
