icon_known issueWe are experiencing intermittent issues with mobile cheque deposit in the EQ Bank Mobile Banking App on Android and iOS. Customers may need to make several attempts in order to deposit the cheque successfully. Customers can also make a deposit by mailing their cheque to the EQ Bank office for processing. Our technical team is working on a fix. We apologize for the inconvenience.
