icon_known issueWe are experiencing intermittent issues with mobile cheque deposit in the EQ Bank Mobile Banking App on Android and iOS. Customers may need to make several attempts in order to deposit the cheque successfully. Customers can also make a deposit by mailing their cheque to the EQ Bank office for processing. Our technical team is investigating. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Update at 4:30 PM Eastern Time, Friday, March 22: The root cause of the issue has been identified. IT is working on a solution.

Update at 4:50 PM Eastern Time, Friday, March 22: The technical issue has been resolved. Account sign up is operating normally.
