EQ Bank customers who use Bell, Virgin Mobile or Lucky Mobile as their service provider are reporting delays with receiving One Time Passcodes through SMS text message since Monday, July 1, 2019 6:39 AM Eastern Time. The issue has been identified through our third-party vendor and Bell. An update will be posted once the issue has been resolved. We apologize for the inconvenience.
