Update at 1:25 PM on Thursday, January 25th: Issues with Interac e-Transfer notifications have been resolved and the service is operating normally. Customers who were impacted earlier may still be waiting for notifications but will receive them soon.
As of 7:30 AM ET on Thursday, January 25th, customers using Interac e-Transfer may experience a delay in receiving email and SMS notifications. Transactions are not affected, and will be completed, but will take longer than usual. All banks are affected.
